In a recent interview Joanne said:
"What drew me into coaching was, and still is, a great desire to assist people in achieving their potential. There's a simple equation that I love and that is the nub of coaching:
Performance = Potential - Interference"
She continued:
"...skilled, focused coaching helps remove interference that prevents people from achieving their greatest potential. Interference could be from limiting beliefs, poor communication skills, lack of clarity over values and goals (individual and/or organisational), fear, lack of understanding of organisational culture, lack of confidence and many more. Freeing people from these factors that hold them back enables them to perform at their peak; then they can achieve the success, growth and business results that they desire.
This is what drives me to coach
managers, executives and project managers - to create a step change in

Joanne coaches clients on a broad spectrum of issues from interpersonal skills, confidence, team development and communication skills. She has a particular strength in change management from her background in project management.
