Let's face it, one of the hardest parts of Project Management is getting and keeping people engaged.

The trouble is, you're juggling so many other issues and problems, communication can be reduced to the bare minimum. Yet without great communication, people lose interest in your project and it becomes a real grind to get the deliverables and input you need. Their priorities change and your project suffers.

My name's Joanne Murphy and after being a project manager for over a decade, I now mentor and coach project managers and senior leaders.
